Sometimes we try to 'get' someone to realize something.
'For' them.
But that's not really true.
It's actually 'for' us.
The older I become, the more I realize
I am taking a possibility, a path, from someone,
by having an agenda, no matter how paltry.
I realize that , instead,
being with them,
while they have their experience ,
and I have mine,
and we're together for a lifetime, or a moment,
is honesty.
