There's something really
powerful about learning to select
some way we are feeling right now, that feels
great , and feature that for a bit.
Just soak in it, to the exclusion of all else.
It
seems to build up the muscles of
our free choice
of our capacity to willingly reframe
our experience
that enables us to realistically then
feel better about it all.
It reinforces our very
