3.22.15 Tonight
Tonight is a beautiful, quiet complex night, in
this neck of the woods, with the loveliness of the crescent moon and Venus to
guide us into dreams.
Thinking of the one I love.

3.22.15 Lost and then found again
Peace of mind,
in the midst of stress and struggle,
is lost and then found again,
breath by breath by breath.
3.22.15 The forest quieted by the night
At five am, the sky was filled with faint
golden billowing clouds,
silently racing by overhead, as much of the living
slept on.
The air warmer than the snows and cool of yesterday,
the forest
quieted by the night.
3.22.15 Diving Goshawks; Soaring Broad-wing Hawks
Diving

Adolescent Crows doing mating dances
This day

3.22.15 A small pile up was reported,

early this morning,

3.21.15 Abandoned, as if it held little import
So much of our female lineage is forgotten. Erased. Discarded.
Abandoned, as
if it held little import.
And so, what is in a name? Not all things, certainly, but a lot.
