3.22.15 Lost and then found again

Peace of mind,
in the midst of stress and struggle,
is lost and then found again,
breath by breath by breath.

3.22.15 The forest quieted by the night

At five am, the sky was filled with faint golden billowing clouds,
silently racing by overhead, as much of the living slept on.

The air warmer than the snows and cool of yesterday,
the forest quieted by the night.

3.21.15 Abandoned, as if it held little import
