7.15.16 Reflection

As above, so below.

7.15.16 And everything continued growing

Down by the farmers fields, it was just that kind of midsummer's day, the air stilled, the birds and insects quieted by the heat, as some magnificent clouds gave momentary relief, and everything continued growing.

7.13.16 Go ahead.

Just guess what the back seat
looked like after this.

7.13.16 Daisy

The crisp clean mathematically fascinating
existence of the roadside Daisy.

7.13.16 Toad

.

Here is Toad's camouflaged neighborhood, by the front door.
They live here all Spring and Summer, safe from the big beautiful Garter Snake,
whose summer home is the shed, where the mouse/chipmunk lane passes right by.
Toad stays in the flowerpot until nightfall, when they go wander around .
Come morning, they're nestled back into the damp cool earth beneath the blossoms. Impervious to our comings and goings.
Toad recently met a mate. They were gone for almost a week.
But then, at night, I'd realize I had to look carefully when leaving the front door to pee the pup, as Toad would be on the front stoop, perusing the neighborhood, before wandering off to have some inseculous dinner.
