11.15.14 NO, They're not sparkly and red.

Went to the vet, for a check up, and her nails trimmed. 

No, they're not sparkly and red and pink. 

She did love all the smells outside the place, Peed on every pee that probably ever happened. 

When she got inside, she made a go at peeing on their rugs, on some old dog pee there, 
but I told her no. 

She's such a big bossy thing. 

Another dog was there, and she just stared them down , 
in their direction, without even seeing them ; 
made them put their tail between their legs. 

The vets at Windy Hollow in Montague, MA are actual holistic vets. Many in the area say they are, but no, not so much.
So the vet could go over what I do, holistically, to swipe Shiva's old unseeing eyes and keep them from infection. Anti-spasmodics (Dr. Christopher Ear and Nerve Formula, used externally for nerve related pain) to apply to arthritic painful joints. A Constitutional herbal formula (Deep Depletion by Gwen's Organic and Wildcrafted Herbs) to address the depletion common in depleted humans and others. My formula of Anti-Inflammatory Support, internally twice a day, to modify degree of pain. Ice water compresses at times to pull heat out of joints and provide relief. Burdock internally to cleanse and liver support and modify heat from depletion formula that could exacerbate arthritic joints.  A daily Oil of Oregano and Garlic to kill of her propensity to all kinds of miserable fungi. And Gwen's ORganic and Wildcrafted Herbs Anti-Biotic Support, just a tad, to address her chronic tooth infections. Was great to have a knowledgeable vet review these things, and have the 'if we need meds for pain, she'll probably go down hill fast, but if she begins to need them, so be it." conversation. That we need to have for older people and animals.

After the appointment was done, thank God, 
she got to walk around outside, 
sniffing and catching up on dog news 
 and peeing over and over again, on top of ANYBODY'S pee spot, that EVER happened. Big boss that she is.  

 Just to prove she's still got it. 

And then got lifted back into the car. Satisfied. Dominating!
