Sometimes we wake up, mull about in the beginning of the day,
sort of fogged in , until we realize we're somehow stuck in other moments, in
other times.
It's then that we take a small
moment to open our eyes, our senses. To use EFT or intention or mindfulness to
become aware of the leftovers we are not done with. That we find ourselves, of
necessity , immersed in.
Following our own wisdom is something that blossoms, if allowed and honored , with age.
So we give ourselves time , while brushing our teeth, while getting dressed, to become aware of that which has taken hold.
We walk about , aware of it. Feeling its weight , it's tone, it's parameters. It's reticence. Or grief. . Or how it is fraught with uncertainty.
We say to ourselves 'Here is a feeling. A thought.' As we tender it, make room for it , become aware of it fully. And then, watch it pass by .
Slowly , we come to. Into the day. Into the present moment. Everything awakens fully. We are all here. It's then we begin again.
