4.4.17 How often do we

How often we begin a habit of mindful digesting our day's experiences 
or EFT or meditation or unwinding or going to meetings or synagogue 
or mosque or church or prayer or venturing into the deep dark woods, 
with an eye toward reducing suffering. 

And persisting because fostering that kind of stability and balance
 nourishes all of us.
