I really don't know how I came to be so lucky. I can sit outside, or in the living room with my beloved, and watch the sun descend at the end of the day, and if it really begins to overtake me, I can jump up, hop in the car, skip down the mountain, past the coursing waters of the Connecticut, and land at the Eagle Sanctuary, just to stand outside, watching and feeling, as the sky and universe and land and sun and river change, and change again, and again, muted with a decent happiness.
