So that, whether it's relationship or town planning or recovery or parenting or finances, we aren't adrift with a backlog of distress.
So we can settle down into whatever it is we feel and think right now, let it be, watch ourselves move through it.
And then settle back to a sharp focus, and ability to see the way a plan or involvement with something might best pan out.
Being present with the tough and the sweet.
