Down by the farmers fields this afternoon, there were vestiges
of winter's snowfall, lain all alongside the road, as it turns to dirt.
And then of course, mirror of the sky, shining clouds
down upon the ground...always the heavens cast at our very feet.

A rather large Redtail Hawk has been frequenting the farmers fields as of late, their tawny feathers glistening in the sunlight, fanned crimson tail flashing.
