5.2.16 What it feels like to be you

Sometimes you just have to talk it out.
Sometimes you just need that someone who knows how to listen.
Who knows how to not try to fix or assuage or shut you up with their discomfort at your words or their own discomfort or your own impermanence. Sometimes you just need to auditorally process what different parts of you understand but have been largely unable to initiate a conference call to discuss.
So that everyone and their brother is in their own private Idaho with their own particular wisdom about the whole deal in your life right now.
And the only way to coalesce and foster some congruence is to have next to you some handy dandy loved one who will listen and not get sleepless or feel a little destroyed and really be ok while you talk out just what it feels like to be you.
