3.2.15 Tonight, as the enormous rounded moon rose slowly

Late afternoon, the sky exploded as our blazing yellow star sent sheaths of rays far above into the evening sky, and down upon the earth, among the lives of us all.

I was on my way to picking up K, no camera to be had, and was forced to look on in amazement as the earth created more elusive moments of beauty.

Later, we went by The Eagle Sanctuary down down the steep hill past my driveway, out beyond the foothills of the small mountain range, where there was another song playing, and another story to be told.

As the enormous rounded moon rose slowly, and the colors shifted again. As the frigid wind blew off the final remaining Oak and Beech leaves, and the day came to it's own small crescendo down by the frozen, snow-blanketed river, colors flying.
