8.3.15 Tonight, after such a long long day, outside the wind rose up through the forest and swept across the conservation fields within the thick darkness

I've met so many people who, as children, listened to the neighborhood trees applaud and support them; felt that communion that has no words nor limits, but rather is with us on into adulthood, and as we age . That remarkable sense of oneness with the living things of the natural world.
Tonight, after such a long long day, outside the wind rose up through the forest and swept across the conservation fields within the thick darkness , and looking up into the starry sky , still I was not alone.
