10.2.15 Sweet enough to take you out at the knees

A few scattered leaves of yellow and red and orange skim across the field and the yard, finding their purchase beneath the unstaked Aster, the unweeded herb garden beds.
As swarms of Sparrow offspring investigate the snapped bamboo poles I've lodged into the bird houses , to increase the quantity of birds able to take refuge this winter.
As the tomato plants set forth reddened fruit sweet enough to weaken you at the knees .
I go about cutting the Sage to dry, the hot peppers to hang in a bright luscious bunch in the kitchen.
Wandering among the waist high Kales, the bushy parsley, the ever productive eggplant, the sky above shines aquamarine with racing clouds.
As the young Broadwing hawk who was born last summer ,and made it through the winter, flies across their yard
