9.23.16 How we humans

It amazes me how willing we humans are to externalize the origins of our own subjective experiences. To shove what we are feeling or the mood that comes over us or our attitudes toward entire groups of people, how relentless some aspects of our lives seem - and make believe that it's the day at fault.
It's a bad day or it's the weather or the time of year or other people or other GROUPS of people ; or the humidity or 'the country' ( good one) or 'the government ( all kinds of possibility ) or the damn car or the loud kids or the mind-numbing job or the 'no respect', and so on.
We are so fond of delineating our difficulties and putting the blame on something or someone else, that at times we forget to look closely at what is ,in actuality, going on.
In case we can take some responsibility. Make some difference. Some improvement.
So often we'd rather cleave the blaming of someone/something else, and get to whine about it, than actually do what would work to make things better.
