11.4.16 Awareness has no obstructions

     Awareness has no obstructions.
We're human, so we move in and out of awareness.
In this way, we can discover the most helpful way for each of us to practice returning ourselves to awareness.
Shifting away from the concerns of the day.
Embracing , being aware of the worries that rise up at night, as other daily distractions recede.
And then guiding ourselves back to simply sitting in the present moment. Watching a thought, a feeling ,come to the surface. To be felt. To become aware of. And then, composted a bit, watching it drift past.
Returning to open awareness, as the ease ,with which concerns come up and pass by , smoothen and grow integrity.
Until we sit, softened brow. Relaxed eyes, shoulders, hands. Deep inhalations into a softened belly.      Releasing with the out breath.
Resting in our breathing in and then breathing out.
     Resting in our awareness.
No obstructions, no problems, no concerns. Clearing this moment for ourselves as our body softens into awareness with no obstructions.
Gets to know the terrain. Learns the ease.
Bringing ourselves back, again and again, to this place of awareness.
