9/22/16 EFT- Very very effective




EFT: Very very effective. I use it every day . I help other people use it. 
     Takes a bit to create your own crib sheet, but once you gave it down , you learn the routine and can use it while walking, driving, having a work bathroom break, at the end of the day to unwind what you encountered. And then, you're off. 
     Using EFT makes this big measurable difference. With some physical symptoms as well. 
     Get the basic deal down. 
     Pick a focus- sore foot, anxious about a bill, angry at a comment, distressed about a memory.
     Measure the degree of your distress -1-10, 10 being lousiest.
     Do the deal, tapping somewhat firmly quickly boom boom boom as you speak out loud. "Even though I ( eg. feel so angry) I completely and unconditionally accept myself."
     As you tap tap tap the places and go round again.
     Do it a couple of times, shifting the wording around but staying in topic.
     Remeasure the distress or urge or thoughts going round and round.
     Repeat til it measures 2 or less.
     It makes this big measurable difference.
     Try it: you'll like it.
     Just focus on the sequence to start.
