When
we have tough ongoing situations in our lives, it helps a lot to give them some
airtime. Instead of enduring, or running away from feeling..
When we recognize what is coming up for air, and we make room for it for a few moments, and let ourselves feel those difficult things, it doesn't as much build up inside of us, nor build up pressure.
We say to ourselves "Wow! This is unbelievably tough stuff here." We pause. We take a breath. We feel how difficult it feels to live with this.
Afterwards, there is more congruence, between our deep insides, and that part of us that goes around, navigating day-to-day life.
Afterwards, we feel just a little more at ease. Just a little more able to live this life we have in our hands.
